FOUNDER EARLY ACCESS
Your memory, with clear boundaries.
AI Data Grid stores memories you deliberately save and new activity from sources you explicitly activate. Unclassified and excluded sources are not uploaded. Browsing history and arbitrary files are not collected.
Personal and company
Personal memories belong in your private space. Company memories belong in a company space and are visible to its members. Joining a company does not share your personal memories.
Connecting your AI
When you connect an AI, you choose its allowed Personal and company spaces, with recall-only or save-and-correct access for each. Every operation addresses one space; connecting both does not share memories between them. Recalled information is sent to that AI provider. Only connect information appropriate for that account. Restricted company records are excluded from AI connections.
Moving a Personal memory to a company shares only the current version you review. Earlier versions remain in your private move history and are excluded from AI recall. The move does not change source ownership or share captured evidence. In Personal → Private move history, you can download the retained private original, all its earlier versions and unexpired captured evidence, or permanently delete that private history. The company’s shared copy is unaffected. Provider backups expire separately.
Automatic memory
The optional founder companion reads supported new Codex turns only after you choose their space and activate the source. Selected user text and final AI answers can be processed by your Codex/OpenAI account. Local waiting content is encrypted and expires after 24 hours. No historical import happens automatically. Website pause blocks future commits; local pause stops new reading and waiting work, but information already sent may finish processing. AI observations are not approved policies.
Storage and control
Supabase stores accounts and memory in its Frankfurt project. Vercel hosts the website. You can export current memories available to you, correct memories you created, forget them, and disconnect your AI. Forgetting removes the live memory and its revision history; provider backups may retain deleted data until they expire. Copies already received by an AI provider are outside Grid’s deletion control.
This is a founder pilot. Avoid payroll, medical records, credentials and sensitive trade secrets until the relevant processing, recovery and security controls have been reviewed.
